By joining our Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

2. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account:
- Spamming: Any form of spam marketing is strictly prohibited.
- Misrepresentation of our products or services.
- Using deceptive marketing practices.
- Creating fake accounts or engaging in fraudulent activities.
- Violating intellectual property rights.
- Promoting on prohibited websites (adult content, hate speech, etc.)
3. Commission Structure & Payments
3.1 Commission Rates
- Standard commission rate: 20% of qualifying sales.
- Commission rates are subject to change with 365 days notice via email.
- Commisions are only paid on completed sales (no returns/chargebacks).
3.2 Payment Terms
- Payments are processed monthly for commissions exceeding $50.
- Commissions below $50 will roll over to the next month.
- Payments are made via PayPal on the 15th of each month for the previous month's commissions.
- You are responsible for any transaction fees associated with payment processing.
3.3 Tracking & Reporting
- Sales are tracked through affiliate links and cookies (30-day cookie duration).
- You can monitor your performance through the affiliate dashboard.
- Disputed sales will be investigated and may be withheld pending resolution.
4. Promotional Guidelines
4.1 Approved Marketing Methods
- Social media marketing (with proper disclosures)
- Email marketing to opted-in subscribers
- Blog posts and content marketing
- Video reviews and tutorials
- Paid advertising (with prior approval)
4.2 Required Disclosures
- You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with us.
- Use the disclosure language provided in your affiliate dashboard.
- Disclosures must be clear, conspicuous, and placed near affiliate links.
4.3 Prohibited Claims
- Do not make false claims about product capabilities.
- Do not guarantee specific earnings or results.
- Do not use our trademarks in misleading ways.
5. Account Management
5.1 Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts showing suspicious activity.
5.2 Account Termination
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violation of these terms.
- Terminated accounts will forfeit unpaid commissions.
- You may terminate your participation at any time with written notice.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use our promotional materials solely for promoting our products in accordance with these terms.
6.2 Restrictions
- Do not modify our logos or trademarks without permission.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your promotional activities.
8. General Provisions

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
